30 Days of Exercise
It has been a while since I have posted on PamperMe 30; I have had so much in my life change in the last nine months that I have decided to live my life very differently. It take only ONE life altering event to make you realize that you only live once and you need to make it the best life you can. With that said I have decided to get in shape, and live a healthier life style. I want to start a habit of working out daily; I heard it takes 21 days to form a habit so I have decided to begin working out everyday for 30 days, documenting each day until I have form a healthy habit of getting in shape...Wish Me Luck :)

Day 7 - READ YOUR FAVORITE MAGAZINE


I was cleaning my house on Sunday and realize I have 4 Vogue magazines laying around that have been thrown to the side with the intention of going back to read them when I have a free moment or a lazy day to myself ( I have had both); and I still have not read one magazine. I just recently order my first subscription to Vogue; I have managed to read 3 of the 7 that were delivered to the house. So to get to the point I decided to go get my favorite blanket, curl up on the couch and read one of my Vogue magazines today. So pamper yourself today and READ YOUR FAVORITE MAGAZINE.

Day 6 - A SWEET TREAT


I have been craving a strawberry milkshake from Chick Fil A for a month, but I refuse to give into temptation (trying to drop some weight). Today was the day I just said FUCK IT :) and it was SOOOOO GOOD! So take one day out of the month and say FUCK IT, have yourself a little SWEET TREAT; I bet it will make you smile:)

Day 5 - A Great WorkOut


After work today I was feeling drain, exhausted, and lazy. It was a rough day:( I was not in the mood for anything today, but I pulled myself up off the couch and put in an amazing work out today. I added an extra 10 mins to my workout and burned an additional 100 calories!!! I feel amazing right now:) SO GO PAMPER YOURSELF WITH AN AMAZING WORK OUT!

Day 4 - FACIAL


Today was such a busy day; grocery shopping, laundry, making dinner, and just getting ready for work tomorrow I thought I would never get around to pampering myself. I have decided my little something nice for myself will be giving myself a facial. I sat in front of the TV, facial mask on drinking a tall glass of ice tea. Now that is how you relax:) And might I add my skin looks amazing!!!

Day 3 - A LONG NAP


Today I had to go back to work, and it was such a rainy day (BLAH); my pamper suggestion on a day like this would be take A LONG NAP. It felt so good to just curl up in the bed turn the phone ringers off and just rest. Granted I will be up late tonight for sleeping so long during the day but oh well I feel great :)

Day 2 - ENJOY YOUR FAVORITE DRINK



Merry Christmas to ME!!! Today was a happy day between family and friends I felt loved:) What better way to top off a good day??? Enjoying one of my favorite drinks while lounging on the couch; a FUZZY NAVEL.

Day 1 - MANICURE


Today is the first day of my month long pamper fest; a WHOLE MONTH of loving myself enough to do something nice for ME. When I first decided to do this, I did not realize how tough it would be to find 30 nice things (big or small) to do for myself. I thought I was sad and pitiful not being able to come up with 30 ideas; that was until I ask my friends, family and coworkers for suggestions and they could only come up with 3 or 4. So with a little brainstorming and some research I have come up with 30 loving myself pamper ideas. DAY 1 is getting my nails done of course. Believe my hands really needed the attention:)
